Techster Cloud Solutions FZCO ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of our users ("User" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, Techster IT Support (the "App"), to submit on-demand technical support requests.


2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:


2.1 Personal Data

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and location, that you voluntarily give to us. We collect this data solely for the purpose of facilitating on-site or remote technical support services.

2.2 Support Request Data

Information specific to your on-demand request, including:

  • Descriptions of the technical issue.
  • Screenshots or photos uploaded by you.
  • System error logs provided during the submission process.

2.3 Derivative Data & Device Information

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as:

  • IP address.
  • Device type (Mobile/Desktop), Operating System, and Browser type.
  • Unique device identifiers (UDID).
  • System logs and crash reports useful for diagnostics.

2.4 Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date), is processed directly by our payment providers. We do not store any payment data on our servers. All financial transactions are handled securely by our third-party payment processor.

2.5 Remote Session Data

During a support session, we may record the session for quality assurance and training purposes. This may include screen recordings of your device during the remote support session. We will always notify you before a recording begins.


3. How We Use Your Information

We store and use your personal data strictly for the provision of on-site and remote technical support. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

  • Process and resolve your on-demand tech support requests (remote or on-site).
  • Locate your address for on-site support visits.
  • Create and manage your account for support tracking.
  • Communicate with you regarding the status of your ticket.
  • Prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations in the UAE.


4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

  • By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about      you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy      potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties      that perform services for us or on our behalf, specifically for payment      processing and hosting services essential to the App's operation.


5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.


6. Remote Access Privacy

  • Consent: We will strictly only access your device with your explicit consent after you have submitted a request.
  • Visibility: During a remote session, you will be able to see exactly what the      technician is doing. You have the right to terminate the connection at any time.
  • Sensitive Files: We advise you to close any personal or sensitive files (banking,      personal photos, passwords) before the remote session begins.


7. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to provide the requested on-site or remote support services and to comply with legal obligations (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).


8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
