1. Introduction

Welcome to Techster IT Support (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application, website, and on-demand technical support services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Techster Cloud Solutions FZCO ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the App or submitting a tech support request, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Techster IT Support provides an on-demand platform where users can submit requests for remote technical support, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and IT maintenance for personal computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.

2.1 On-Demand Requests

Users may submit support requests through the App interface. By submitting a request, you acknowledge that you are soliciting professional technical assistance and agree to the potential costs associated with the service as displayed in the App.

2.2 Remote Access

To resolve your request, we may require remote access to your device. By accepting a support session, you grant permission for our technicians to view your screen, control your mouse/keyboard, and access files necessary to diagnose and resolve the issue.

2.3 No Guarantee of Resolution

While we strive to resolve all issues submitted via the App, due to the complexity of technology, we cannot guarantee that every technical problem can be fixed.


3. User Accounts and Submissions

  • Registration: You may be required to create an account or provide valid contact      details (email/phone number) to submit a request and track its progress.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a support request.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.


4. User Responsibilities & Data Backup

CRITICAL NOTICE: You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up all data, software, information, and other files on your device before utilizing our Service or granting remote access.

Techster Cloud Solutions FZCO shall not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any data, software, or files.


5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Fees: Services may be offered on a per-ticket (one-time) basis or a subscription basis. All fees are clearly displayed within the App prior to confirming your request.
  • Billing: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the Service fees associated with your on-demand request or active subscription.
  • Refunds:
    • One-time services: Refunds are generally not provided once the service has been performed, regardless of the outcome, unless the technician failed to attempt a resolution.
    • Subscriptions: You may cancel subscriptions at any time; however, no refunds are provided for partial months.


6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

  • For any unlawful purpose.
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights.


7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Techster Cloud Solutions FZCO and its licensors.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates:

  1. Indirect Damages: In no event shall Techster Cloud Solutions FZCO, its directors,      employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  2. Service Limit: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the last six (6) months.


9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Techster Cloud Solutions FZCO and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses resulting from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising hereunder will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.


11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes via the App or email.
